Interior trim will be standard 6 panel doors

3ź" base, crown will be standard in the master bedroom

Closets will have more shelving and shoe racks than your average custom or spec home

Cabinets will be minimum of Red Oak, raised panel doors

Vanity tops will all be cultured marble

Kitchen tops will be solid surface tops

Fireplaces will be home owners choice of all masonry or metal

Flooring will be carpet in all bedrooms and tile in the rest of the house
